Your Pendleton® Boots are protected by a Warranty against manufacturing defects by Waterstone Brands, Inc., Seattle, WA. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for one year from the original date of purchase. All warranty claims are to be made directly through the store or retailer with a valid proof of purchase.

Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized store or dealer. Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Pendleton® Boot resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from Waterstone Brands, Inc., Seattle, WA. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. 

 WARNING:  Many resellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of Pendleton® Boot products. When purchasing Pendleton® Boot products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly in the header for each product. Please locate the seller’s name on our Authorized Online Dealer List or contact us directly at PendletonBoot.customercare@wtrstone.com before you purchase.
